There is an appeal to come and obviously a less harsh negotiated settlement. Although I couldn't give a toss if they survive or die, one wonders why Chelsea have been singled out.
Heard rumours that the rags could be facing a ban aswell as Chelsea. Will wait and see though.

Yup United did do the same - settled his family with him, no dispute there. I think the difference is that the chelsea guy was contracted to Lens whilst Macheda was not under contract
