Veggie Hug Wave, I think Arsenal will be definetly more involved in the title race this year just got a feeling lol, good luck anyway Wink.

hey Darlo wavey

We need to get a good start, we have a tough start, away to Everton and away to you in the first few games.

Always best to get in the swing of things quickly. The team will be more close now Toure and Adebayor has gone and after so much disappointment and frustration will make them be up for it.

I honestly didn't think you had seen it, you don't subscribe to Arsenal TV do you?.

Eboue was interesting today. Before the PSG/A.Madrid match he was out for about 15 minutes chatting to the fans, having pictures taken and signing stuff. And at the end of the match he was parading around with the trophy - it felt like a definite goodbye.
But in his interview afterwards he sounds like he is still very much part of the team - and AW said the other day that the injury to Nasri may change the situation
No I dont subscribe Big Grin

He was the only player picking up the trophy in a rangers shirt got a cheer from the rangers fans Big Grin

Ive give up second guessing what will happen this year. I really would love Vieira to come back though Blush

I hope Viera comes back to you guys also, he was a class player and he's still got it.
He wont be what he was but we need some experience in midflield and backup for DM. He would also instantly solve any question of captaincy Smiler and the chance to pass on a hell of a lot of experience and confidence Smiler.

No doubt everyone will claim Chelsea are just building their squad... if it was City though everyone would be up in arms shouting that we are ruining football/buying the EPLSleepy
Yea because Chelsea havent had any stick for overspending at all...

Hi Veggie, I think it was Rangers...I remember a story about them bouncing..they have to discourage them from doing it on the trams/trains as there's a danger they could disrail it Eeker Laugh

Jealous much?? Big Grin

AW was saying the same thing at the press conferences over the last two days. We all know how the press go mad putting the pressure on.

He is one awesome player though, I've watched him a lot playing for our babies as well and he is really maturing and getting stronger

Hey Barney Valentine
I'm really nervous about our opening game against you but it will be interesting if Vermaelen is fit to see how he shapes up against Fellani - they are Belgian team mates.

Hi Perones Hug
The Rangers fans had run out of bounce by the end of the match yesterday - they were more entertaining than their team though Big Grin

jealous ? moi ? I could never admit that on a public forum Shake Head

You just know the he will become a real focus for a media wankfest & expectation will be way too high - hope not England need all the quality we can get

Yeah we had it all over Theo as well. Luckily AW doesn't give a monkeys for the press and he will bring his players on the way he sees is best for them and the team.

Jack seems quite grounded though, I don't think any press attention will go to his head.
It's just unfortunate that next year is a World Cup year because the press will start agitating for Jack to be in the squad if he gets a lot of games this season.
Capello was watching him at the Emirates this weekend
