I don't think he'll do any more business now, maybe in January? .
When does Rotherham start their season it's usually early ain't it?.

They are a few clubs interested in him at the moment so we may get a few quid for him. I don't really think he is ready for your level yet and should play another year in the lower leagues plus he is lazy at times.

Morning Veggie, what is it with the Exodus of players going from your team? Has he bought anyone in to replace them?quote:Originally posted by Veggieburger:

Morning LGS
I personally think that Gallas is responsible for a lot of the unrest - I cannnot understand why we keep him.
I'm sorry to see Toure go, the last of the Invincibles
AW knows what he is doing though and he has targets lined up, he plays his cards close to his chest always.
For me, the most important thing this season was to get Robin Van Persie tied into a long term contract which we have done
I'm going to the Emirates this weekend to watch the Emirates cup, two matches in two days so it will be interesting to see how he juggles the team.
What's happening with the ins and outs at wolves?

Kightly is struggling for fitness and is a doubt for the start of the season, same with Iwelumo is also out with a metatarsal for 3 months, but we still have quite a strong side I think to make a good start, the anticipation is killing me, I can't wait.

I like Mick McCarthy a lot and you have quite a lot of good young players there. If you can hold on to them you should be ok.
But a good start is needed for the confidence I think

watch them "north london exiles" go.
I agree with you about RVP, good player he is and AW not very open with whats going on in that head of his, but I like him as a manager, did start to worry for him last year though, thought maybe his time might be up with you. Have fun at the Emirates, it shoukld give you a better idea as you say to how he will juggle things, any new signings for yourself Veggie? tbh my head not been in the transfer goings on, too much going on at home.
Yes we do need a good start I agree.

True enough - I wouldn't want anyone to know you call me Sol Campbell at times
Are you off to Mexico this weekend?

I've noticed that players that leave Arsenal unsally end up leaving the country , the city
pair aside, yet if they leave spurs, they end up at Fulham or Pompey.
I can only find 3 ex Gunners that still play
in the Premeirship, (I'm not using Bentley).
2 at city, 1 at WHU. Must be more.

Campbell makes ex gunner number 4,
He'll be captain as he's played for both.

Pennant I think went to Spain,
Kanu
We've a brilliant strike force,
We don't even have to use Mido.
the public deemed it a fail with 55% of the vote I thought it looked quite good tbh and should have been a pass.quote:Originally posted by RZB:quote:Originally posted by love greek sunsets:

It's a real shame about Sir Bobby, you'll struggle to find someone more passionate about the game than him.
