Exactly what Chelsea are doing isnt it? Chelsea bought the prem few years back... we are doing exactly the same. So your saying you are a sad small club trying to buy the champions league cup?

Chelsea had a strong base to build on when roman brought the club it had just got into the CL and had players like Lampard Terry and Gallas Chelsea just needed a good manager and few more good players to make a strong challenge for the PL City have nothing of that there just buying and not looking a few seasons into the future like we did back then .
