oh young darlo Hug when will you learn Wink Laugh there is no loyalty in football any more (well very little!) its all about money nowadays Disappointed

Laugh, it's all about the money of course but you can live in hope lmao Big Grin.

I think Rooney was an exception TBH. I think Moyes knew he would really struggle to keep him and bit United hand off for the ÂĢ30mill+ they got. I also think that it was because it was United and Sir Alex that wanted him. He knew he would be in good hands and the money could be put to good use. It was one transfer that actually worked out well for both sides. Although it might not have seemed like it at the time.

Lescott seems to be a decent guy, let's hope he makes the right decision. But ultimately it's down to the club, they could dig their heels in like Fergie did with Ronaldo, and Bayern did with Hargreeves and are doing with Ribery.

BTW

I have never liked Terry. I respect his qualities and respect what he has done for his club and country, but there has always been something about him I haven't liked. I wouldn't trust him. Lampard (and Gerrard for that matter) are completely different.

i agree that he had to go - just sad that it was so soon Frowner

i don't really think the transfer was great for everton - they got him on the never never - i think we got ÂĢ1 a week for ÂĢ10 million years and an extra ÂĢ5 for every trophy or summit like that Disappointed

They were only called Vienna until today, they added "Rapid" to the name as that's how quickly they went out to make sure all the cars in the city were securely locked away in garages when they heard that Liverpool supporters would be in town. Wink

New research has shown that people in Liverpool are the most reluctant to steal a brand new bike left unlocked in the city centre.

Home insurance company More Than has found that the residents of Liverpool are the most honest when faced with an unattended bike.

In a social experiment, the home insurance provider tempted passers by in busy areas of city centres across the UK with a brand new unlocked bike, and it took Liverpudlians nearly four hours to steal it.

The average time over the ten cities chosen for the experiment was two hours 22 minutes, while Londoners can expect their bike to be stolen within 17 minutes if left unlocked, it was found.

It's a beautiful and extremely friendly place, and I love it, 051, Buzz, Cream, The State (was my favourite club in Liverpool, shame it closed Frowner) Ahhhhh some great memories of when I worked up there. I just can't say that when I am in Manchester. Best just to keep quiet when asked there. Nod
