The hospital werent much good, Friday when I went I was in a lot of pain and they told me after putting the plaster on that I could get some ibuprofen over the counter for the pain and take them every couple of hours!

When I got home I rang my mom and told her what they had said and she was digusted. You cant take them every couple of hours, especially the 400mg strength they had told me to take.

Saturday, went back for plaster to be checked, it was aching and felt swollen, but thought it was just down to the heat, then found out that the plaster that had been put on was too tight and I had to have another one on, which meant another trip on Sunday to check this was ok. I have asked for my details to be transferred to another hospital as the one I went to is near but I dont feel they were very good

Apologies to all the others, I have gone way off topic here

Anyway hubby has just came in from garden and said he is doing a barbeque for tea and so we have to go to Asda.

You need a bit more than that just to make sure theres enough cover. There is plenty of work to do to improve the team, defence is the main priority like most Baggie fans know.

The attacking play is what WBA are great at , that must continue but they have to try and improve at not leaking lots of goals you're going to concede at some point but the Albion defence at the moment is just letting the goals go in for the other team.
