Not sure money buys success...tho it goes a long way.Look at Man City

that's true.......but i honestly think hughes is the wrong man for the job the way city are looking to go......they need a more established 'hardened' manager
Agreed. Think he'll be gone by October.

Barcelona will always be the better team than Madrid Nod, they have dignity and class which money can't buy. Yeah they have money but they worked hard and don't need to go around unsettling players. Madrid are a shadow of themselves. Plus they have the better fans, stadium, manager and lovely fans at the Nou Camp Smiler.
Darlo, I like you and that but you talk some crap sometimes Laugh

How on earth can dignity mean that Barcelona will always have a better team than Real Madrid?
I'm a big Barca fan and yes they are number 1 at the moment. But this is the 9times european champions that you're righting off the chances of ever been the best team again! Ninja

lol probably. I'm anti Madrid if Im honest. I don't really like them that much.

But I don't resent them for the way they do their business because it's just the same as any other club. Barcelona are indeed unique for the way they keep to their principles and donate money to unicef etc.

But Madrid are just like United, Chelsea, Liverpool etc in the way they go about recruiting players.

But Real Madrid, like em or not are the grestest club side ever. Look at the european cup/champions league winners table

Real Madrid 9
AC Milan 7
Liverpool 5
Bayern Munich 4
Ajax 4
Barcelona 3
Manchester United 3
Juventus 2
Benfica 2
Internazionale 2
Porto 2
Nottingham Forest 2
Marseille 1
Steaua Bucureşti 1
Hamburg 1

It's Andorra tonight, who are one of the minnows (no joke - the entire population can fit in Old Trafford Eeker Nod)..so we beat them...although they held us at 0-0 at half time the last time we played them (and our fans booed our own team Roll Eyes )

I expect we'll make hard work of it, it was almost painful the other night...
