Hi Rzb Wave Smiler. First 30 minutes of England match were just absolutely boring, but they picked it up after and played quite well.

had a busy day, I forgot it was on, Blush

always on a hiding to nowt though I guess.

A win is a win, you can do no more that that,

Never mind, highlights later Wink. We won and that is what matters was a professional performance. Maybe they are saving their energy for Wednesday.

Lets face it, England never play well against no hoper teams like Kazakhstan. The result is what matters. We all know that we are capable of turning it on against the better sides like we did in Croatia.

Hi Crunchy Wave, sometimes it's like they hardly try against the not so good teams, but when they play top class opposition when they are in the mood then they can play to their best.

They don't need to work their arses off to beat teams like that, so they might as well just take it easy and cruise to a 4-0 win i suppose.

Well done to my fellow Miller for making it to the match after getting shot the other day.

Eeker, what's that about M.M,

A Millers fan shot in the leg a couple of days ago when in a bar while he was over there for the match.

Oh Crikey, MM. Good that he's ok I guess

Is Glen Johnson heading back to The Bridge?
Confused

I've always liked him, and was disappointed when Chelsea got rid of him. The big mistake for me, was always Paulo Ferreira - for his price tag, i do not believe that his overall performances come anywhere close to representing VFM.

well the word was that johnson's departure was more to do with his attitude than ability.....turning up late for team meetings.....forgetting his passport.....general 'big time charlie' attitude.....

however.....he does seem to have settled and matured a bit since then.....it wouldn't be the first time we've sold someone then bought them back....did the same with le saux....

i hope he does return....he's a good player...though liverpool are meant to be after him too.....

ferreira will be on his way out i think.....hardly figured at all this season....

if he doesn't come to us....he might go elsewhere anyway.....

No he's said before he's happy with the Villa, why would he want to go elsewhere he's getting first team football all the time there the fans like him. His said himself he likes Birmingham the place so I believe he'll stay put.

that means nothing......players say it all the time then bugger off.....he's got his career to think of....bigger club=bigger wages...bigger cups to compete for.....the one club man is very rare these days....players transfer all the times.....sometimes it's not even their choice.....

he may not leave this summer.....but i'd put my house on it he won't be at villa in a year or two's time.....

But he'd fit in so well at Chelsea, he already has the diving down pat now he just need to work on his tantrums Ninja Big Grin

He has a brother at Watford who is apparently faster than him - time will tell.

afternoon all Hug
