Barry is showing his true colours now especially after all Villa have done for him. he should be smart enough to know that if he did go to Liverpool he could end up like Robbie Keane, but if he makes that choice he only has himself to blame.

I agree - he could end up a bit-part player if he leaves.
It was great seeing Laursen come out on the pitch to say goodbye though - shame the Toon Army tried to ruin it by chanting as soon as he started to speak Roll Eyes

I believe he's now back in Denmark Disappointed
Yep, we booed the Toon fans down until they shut up and let him speak.

How's Pudgie?

Darlo, as regards Adebayor, most of us Gooners are less than impressed with him at the moment.

Awww I loves the Pudgie, he is my pet by association as we don't have any at the moment Big Grin

Darlo, Adebayor can blame the papers all he wants but we heard what he said in that interview on Football focus.
He seems to spend his life blaming everyone and everything for his dip in form when he should be looking at himself.

Thanks Spongey, I think his cute end would be preferable Big Grin

Yeah I saw the press conference Darlo. What he has said is that he would not stop Theo from playing but it is not on for him to play for two different national teams in the holiday period.
He missed a lot of the season because he was injured while training with England and he needs to get some rest. That is what the problem is, one or the other would be ok but not both.
I don't blame Stuart Pearce for wanting him but I think that as Capello is going to regularly feature him then I think he should stick with that.

Poor little Pudgie Frowner. He looks really peed off - not only can he not lick his bits but random strangers on the net are pointing and laughing at him.

He's so cute though, didn't realise he was a black and white, I thought he was a tabby for some reason.
Get well soon ickle Pudgie Hug

Maybe but deep down he must feel something for Tottenham since he was brought up near there. Was ok to see him there cheering us on, but I wasn't keen when the cameras went on him as it was supposed to be about the match.
