I'm muddled already, but the whole group ain't a picknic in the park really apart from Costa Rica, but England play them last; could be all over by then.

Germany are playing Portugal, not easy either and then I'll have to get my boxing gloves on for the Ghana match.

If Ghana can get Prince Boateng involved again it will be very interesting watching the rematch against his brother Jerome.

 

If England can cope with all the jetlag, the rainforests and the opposition then I think there's every chance they could win the whole thing. I'm very optimistic

This may well be true, but England can't claim an illustrious record either. Remember all those occasions when they disn't even qualify, but Scotland did?

So maybe we never got past the Group stages, but at least we were there!

I think it depends on your definitions! My first away World Cup was in t'Fatherland 1974. England missed out. Scotland qualified, and I was there! It were great.
