I eat quite a lot of salmon ....couple of times a week ...just rotated or poached though . It’s not that expensive compared to meat , but I agree , I doubt the fishermen get paid what it’s worth

The price of fish in a supermarket is robbery and I guarantee the fishermen and fisherwomen aren't getting it.

 

I might be the only one on here who has looked at Peterhead landed fish prices. But as you say, who cares?

 

And it's their best.

We used to live up near Peterhead, the fishermen don’t have it easy.
