The four returning contestants are from left to right:
James Hillery (from 2017)
Jamie Finn (from 2019)
Ruby Bhogal (finalist from 2018) and
Rosie Brandreth-Poynter (2019)
No detials as to the rounds though I assume they are Christmas-related.

The 4 returning chefs are 2014 finalist Danny Parker, 2017 finalist Louisa Ellis, 2009 finalist Marianne Lumb and 2018 semi-finalist William Chilila.
Monica sets a skills test from a bench full of festive ingredients.
Marcus sets an invention test based on Christmas leftovers.
Then they have to cook a seasonallly themed 2 course menu.
