You can smell the maple sytup as soon as you open the pack - quite strong.

I love maple syrup 
I think I have found my new light fitting, or at least a heavy front runner. It's ideal for my large-ish living room and I like the fact I can also angle the arms to direct light. It's colour is adjustable to taste and it is also dimmable. Best off all, I have signed up for 10% off first order. 2570 lumens, so really bright.

The five contestants are from Channel 4's series Derry Girls. Not a series I know anything about. They are Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Nicola Coughlan, Jamie-Lee O'Donnell, Dylan Llewellyn and Siobhan McSweeney, Know nothing of anything of them though Siobhan McSweeney plays Sister Michael in Derry Girls which may explain why Paul Hollywood is dressed up as an Irish nun.
Somehow I'm not expecting anything outstanding from this lot.

Bbc2 at 8 Ros ......several ordinary cooks are living in a house and get set tasks ( 3 I think ) every week ....Mary Berry and some other judges ....and one gets evicted every week
