ottles of water - not just for drinking but washing too - my son usually takes about 12 litres!! Cereal is a good snack (dry of course) - he takes those variety packs, and lots of apples. He's been to Glasto and Leeds (3rd year). Not once has he had his tent trashed - though having said that he probably will this year!!
THANK YOU.
She doesn't like fruit but adores veg so perhaps a couple of cucumbers . Yes she really does eat them whole..

It's a bit of a Reading tradition ... for the first two years I got cross - now they take nothing of value that they leave in the (friend's) tent!!

Having said that, I bet my 16 yr old wants to  go next year and the whole cycle will start all over again.

Wellies, wipes, hand gel, toilet roll, mirror, cereal bars, peperami, crisps, booze, one bottle of water (coz they have refill points on site), clean undies, granny trolley, nail file, optrex eye spray (refreshes hungover eyes), dry shampoo, sun cream, shades, hat, waterproof jacket and plenty of money

Not forgetting the tent, air bed, blow up pillow, sleeping bag and camping chair

I hope she's having a fantastic time Isadora, I was going to say that my brother has been to a festival every year for the past 6 years and has never had anything happen to his tent, though it does happen it pays to be on the ball on the final night. He takes a box full of food like cereal bars, bread, beans, pot noodles, and fruit and lots and lots of water (and beer). When he went last weekend to V he took about 15 ltrs of water, the day he got home I was driving him home from town and he made me stop at KFC, had a coke with his meal and came out with "Mmmmm it's so nice to drink something other than beer", apparently drinking the water he had taken hadn't crossed his mind!

Now I am worried - she hasn't taken anywhere near enough food. (
