Well, I did have to resort to intimidation in the end with one of the biscuits who was being very reluctant - I said that our Lady High Executioner would come over with her scythe and chop it up into little crumbs, and it then quickly co-operated.

Of course I know you would never use your scythe, just your razor sharp teeth.

Ok, that is helpful. There seem to be these spikes that occur that are symptomatic of the issue. We are trying to figure out what causes the spike, however.

Well, you can tell *I* was having problems, too, since I just had to delete my duplicate post.

I wanted you to know that, as painful as that was, we got some good information about about it.  Hopefully things will improve shortly (if they haven't already), and we can figure out the issues once and for all!
