If people have added strangers to boost their Mafia mob or whatever then once you have them you can delete them from your friends and they are still in your mob.

I think some folk take things too seriously...there are ways to block if an fb pal goes bad...Thankfully I've never had to do such a thing!
But! if the need was to present itself then so be it! life is too short to worry bout such trivia! (in my humble opinion)

My FB account is totally dedicated to my forum world... not my real one (though I have had a breach in border security this week...  one, then the other of my offspring finally wormed their way onto my friends list... it won't be for long).

I only accept friend requests if its obvious which fm it is... or if they tell me who it is in the request.

The mystery ones just sit there...  unaccepted.     

I call them my unlabelled tin cans!  

I had about 12 sitting there for a while... but managed to identify & "process"  eight of them recently

There was a point where I thought I may have to have a nok ?sp list...  cos there are three peeps who I couldn't tell who was who.     I have sussed that one now though...   no nok list was compiled...

Me too .....i'm on FB (joined when I was bopped from Ch4) I haven't an effin clue how to go about things on there .....have a few FM mates but can't remember who half of them are TBH. I've had umpteen requests from RL buddies bit haven't responded cos as I say I haven't a clue what's going on.  I need an in depth tutorial TBH. I just about manage on here (forum only mind).
