Agreed 100% but as far as bread goes I'll stick by my original post - a freshly baked french baguette (one of the skinny ones)

But as for opinions above ^^^^^^^^ re bacon sandwiches it simply has to be  brown sauce (HP too) no other brown sauce comes close.
