Seen alot of threads about everyones taste in music... how about one for actors and actresses?

One of my favourites is Sean Bean... underrated and his work has often gone unnoticed.

Also a fan of Sir Ian Mckellen, was surprised that he's never won an oscar. Thought he was brilliant in Richard III (1995)

fav actor was Heath Ledger. Daniel Craig, i watched Our friends in the North thought he was brilliant in that. i like Liam Neeson and Aidan Quinn too.

I think Sean Bean is better on the screen than on the stage.
I saw him in Macbeth a few years ago and he really was not very good.
BUT he is a great film actor.

Clint Eastwood in Alcatraz. Tom Hanks is another actor I really like in anything he's done. Philadelphia and Cast Away in particular.

I've got that to watch but haven't seen it yet. He was fantastic in One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest and The Shining. Two roles I thought only he could have pulled off.

I think he has a way to go. but he does make excellent films.
I LOVE Al Pacino...it is a pleasure to watch him act.

Oh and Johnny Depp - there's another.

ahh now i do have favourite voices of actors

Alan Rickman

and Lindsay Duncan, I could listen to her till i nodded off to sleep.

I forgot about him. I've seen him in a few things and he's always great. He tends to play the same character in all his films though.

Good to see no one has mensioned Jason Stathan

One of the worst actors I have ever seen... he was ok when he played the monk in mean machine... but that was only because he didnt say a single word in the whole film.
