Erin...I wish I lived 35 miles north, bloody Hadrian should have moved the wall... we are another world up here, north/south divide, some don't have a clue. I only hope the rest come to their senses and realise what UKIP are, his one policy is about immigration...the rest are pathetic rantings

I spoke to a UKIP councillor recently, I told him that many if us have lost faith in politicians regardless of what party they represent. Then I told him that it saddens me greatly to not vote, (because of the suffragettes) but the ballot paper only shows me a list of strangers names, and that I feel i can't trust any of them.
That's why people are not voting.
He took it well.
As for Scotland.. Shouldn't they be allowed to choose for themselves..? I don't know the details of the situation, but I really like our Scottish friends!
