I’m getting a “stack trace error”

LiveCloud isn’t accepting my password
If you are having this issue, please PM Lori Hope and she will work with you to sort out the problem. If you can’t login, please email help@gagajoyjoy.com and someone will reply to help you.
LiveCloud is telling me my email is already registered
You may have clicked "Sign Up" rather than "Sign In." Since we imported membership into LiveCloud, all GaGaJoyJoy members (and anyone who registered previously in our Eve Support forums) are already included, so you need to click "Sign In."
I am stuck trying to verify my email
You can email help@gagajoyjoy.com for assistance with this problem. However, we have had some users successfully log in by repeatedly attempting to log in.
When I try to reply to a post on LiveCloud, I get an error

What is LiveCloud, and why are we joining it?
LiveCloud.com is Groupee’s new social network. It encompasses user blogs, social groups, communities, and other shared spaces, and has integration points with 3rd party social tools like Twitter, Flickr, and YouTube. We have decided to import GaGaJoyJoy into LiveCloud.com because it is our flagship product and we wish to expand the features we offer to GaGaJoyJoy members. To date, the member profiles have been imported; we will be importing the actual content of GaGaJoyJoy in the next few weeks.
What can I do in LiveCloud? Is it free?
You have a robust user profile in LiveCloud, at yourusername.hoo.do. With your free account, you have the option of posting blogs; commenting on other users’ blogs, integrating your Twitter, Flickr, and YouTube accounts; and participating in social groups and communities throughout the network. All of this is optional; you can choose which aspects of the network you wish to use, and you can lock down your profile completely if you do not wish to use the social features. If you are a power user, you can purchase a VIP account for $39 per year (introductory offer); this allows you to view premium content, remove advertising, create your own social groups, and upload unlimited videos and photos to your account.
Is GaGaJoyJoy going away?
No. The GaGaJoyJoy community is going to be imported into LiveCloud as a community.
Will our community format change when we are moved into LiveCloud?
Yes, the format will be updated to our new LiveCloud community format. To see what that looks like, see http://support.livecloud.com/. It contains most of the same features of the existing GaGaJoyJoy community. One important difference is that the reply with quote feature works differently: in the new format, you highlight the text you wish to quote, and then it appears in your reply. The new format also appears with fewer lines and boxes, to fit the LiveCloud style set.
When is the GaGaJoyJoy community moving over to LiveCloud?
We hope to import the content of GaGaJoyJoy into a LiveCloud community around the first week of September. Once that is done, you will be able to click the “communities” tab in LiveCloud.com and have a direct link to GaGaJoyJoy.
Will we lose avatars, posts, karma points, etc., when we are imported into LiveCloud?
No, you will not lose anything; all existing content and member statistics will be imported into the LiveCloud community.
Will our PMs be imported when GaGaJoyJoy is imported into LiveCloud?
Yes, they will be imported.
