What has Noirin done, though, that has not involved Sree? Or Marcus? Oh, she is Irish so she must be perfect? She is boring without a male interest, much as Dogface/Sophie.
I bloody HATE these regional affliations.
What has her being Irish got to do with anything Suzi?.... Brian Spoiral Orlaith Ray and Seanie were also Irish and out of them all the only one I had any time for was Brian.
Sorry, Lee, but if you have a look at the Noirin fans, I think you will find that most of her supporters are Irish. I don't want to be seen as being stereotypical, but it's not just the Irish, but also the Welsh and Scottish. The whole "anyone but the English" mentality is rife. It's quite funny, to me as I'm American and just can't get my head around it *waits for the anti-American posts*
I never was and never will be a partisan supporter Suzi....Last year I supported Darnell and tbh what has made me start to support Noirin more is the unwarranted nastiness towards her much the same as Darnell really.
I really found it difficult to watch BB last year because of the really nasty people in there - Alex, Slyvia, Dennis, etc., so I never really contributed much. There were other reasons, though, but I did follow many of the threads on here. I've also followed many of the threads here over time.
I guess my point is, bring up the regional preferences is, that it doesnt' matter to some people whether the person is decent and cares about others, but more about where they come from.
There is a certain Scottish poster who is thankfully absent from this forum, who would only support the Scot HM - even though they might be guilty of mass murder. There are also posters here who rant and rave when there is NOT an Irish contestant that they can support.
I'm certain I'm not the only one who has seen this - how else can you explain Anthony winning if it were not for the Geordie girls?
I'm not trying to be contentious, it's just my observations.
