The bones, head etc into a fish stock (I think) for the soup 

Unless they render to nothing, surely they should have some waste?

I think as long as they used it in the cooking process they could bin it and it wasn't counted as waste - I might be wrong

In tonight's episode the three remaining families have first an unprepared challenge that features a meat and veg box from Tommy's farm, then the families must make two of Angellica's favourite desserts - carrot cake and trifle.

One of the families will go straight through to Friday's final. The other two families have to cook again in tomorrow's episode for the other place in the final. That's what I think happens

We're being bombarded by Trick n Treaters... and it's raining!!! In my day, if there were signs of rain, there was no chance of going out. Stay in and eat all the sweets for myself.

I've just noticed, the girl with the coloured wigs was struggling to keep a couple of large puppies under control behind that apron.
