Pete guy has 26 kids!!another has 14 and the council is spending 60k on making their house bigger and giving them 2 bathrooms.

These are children,who are not responsible for the actions of their parents.

If you have 14 children in a family, then they need to be housed decently,2 bathrooms isn't a huge luxury, that's  7 people sharing one bathroom each.

 

Would you be less enraged if they had a muddy puddle at the bottom of the garden and a bucket?

 

These adults who have children in order to increase their benefits income,do need to be discouraged, but in reality, I have no idea how any one could do that,because  we live in a society where we strive to protect children from the worst impacts of poverty and bad housing.

I think in our society it is some thing to be proud of, and  it will always be open to abuse by the few.

Yes, totally agree, all towns have their downsides.

 

It's quite funny for me as I know most of the places they have featured nd I find it interesting the camera angle they have used has made some look so much worse than they are, in fact on is in not a bad area at all, but the angle and small piece of grafitti made it look quite bad
