It has become so boring but there are still bits of it I love.  It saves on txt message costs because most people have their phones linked up to their fb so they get a PM straight away.  The games are alright.  It is quite good for arranging get togethers with people who you might not usually think to invite along.  But it is also the most dangerous thing on the web I think.  I've seen some pages set up just to humiliate people and there is a lot of bullying going on and it's too easy to say something over fb which you would never say to someone's face.

I tend to be more concerned about the negative affect of FB. For some it tends to become like breathing, something they must do, left everyone know when they change their nail polish colour etc.

Of course, you are right Baz, it can be a useful tool for some sections of the community and rightly so. I would say that I would still prefer to see people visiting the housebound more (or them joining us on gagajoyjoy ).

Your haven Baz ?

I like my place in a similar way, like to cocoon myself in and enjoy my various pastimes and hobbies.
