If you tag someone in a pic does it become theres aswell?

If you tag someone in a photo you have out on, friends of theirs can see it, even if they are not on your friends list, and not only can they see that photo, they can then see all your other pictures in that album.
unless you change your photo settings to only friends
that way the person you tag can see it, but only they and your other friends, it doesnt even show up on their photos

ahh thats another bit off infomation i have learned tonight. I only have 1 pic in the album so I am lucky
