dont know Pengy - I have felt I was being scrutinised all day - innocent comments removed - games wernt playing properly - I think their extra privacy setting was pointed my way

You know, I'm sooooo glad I'm not on there. It seems to me to be far more bother than it's worth and I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, given the security side of it and the stuff I read about it.

and unless they ask at registration  for proof [ which they are asking to enable disabled accounts now] how do they KNOW whether an ordinary sounding name is the correct one or not ???

I assume they do some kind of email verification but that has always been in mrshnorfolk as well so it doesnt make sense

I have never ever used my personnal email or name for anything forum related and most forums recommend you dont anyway !!!

I have never ever paid attention to how many friends I've got but when reading this thread earlier I thought I would check.  I had 191 friends and now I have 190.  I don't think I have very many, if any, friends with made up names so either someone has deleted me (watever ) or facebook have taken someone away

I have been posting all over the place on there about LF and giving them loads of stick but i am still there so can't see it being anything to do with this. Very strange though and you would think they would give people a proper reason for their demise.

have any of you contacted FB about it?      My SL account is still there.. and I'm part of group for a club and it's only avs where in it    One of them was banned for having a fake id that wasn't a real person ages ago but I'm sure she said she had it reinstated last week. 9this after them telling her they'd revoke her rl account if she tried to re-reg)    Told them what it was about and they let her have her id back.   Seems a lot of double standards about.

Surely they can check IP addresses against users? All this seems to have come about since C5 took over BB.? Wonder if there is a link? Like i said earlier, i have been posting spam  about LF everywhere i can find regarding C5 BB, but i am still three so it must be something else.  Do the Admins on here know something?

Very strange Stonks.  I have friends from all over the world and I put up a Status asking if anyone had noticed it.  Only one commented on it saying it could be hackers but no one said they noticed it was happening.  I'll put it up again tomorrow.
