Aww, that's a shame. I know someone mentioned they had seen you on another site. It wasn't an obscure one, but I'm only on this one so I couldn't speak to you myself, but thought someone else would have let you know we were all (more or less) here.

That aspect of it never occurred to me, (i.e. whether anyone else had done it) I was just looking at it from the point of view that being on pole was giving him a good chance of his first win, and then the drive-through looked like it was taking it all away again.

Michael Schumacher did it at the 2002 French GP . Because hes just a legend.

Formation lap underway!

Everyone seems to have got away faily cleanly with Alonso and Webber in P1 and P2. A few minor collisions and Vettel gets shunted and loses places. Hamilton P3.

Sutil's out already.

Replay of the start looks to me that Hamilton shoved his way through between Vettel and Raikkonen and bumped them both then Raikkonen got a bit ragged and bumped Vettel as well.

Alonso pits on lap 11 and the pit crew make an error fitting a wheel and as he coasts round it comes off and there's debris as well.

A disasterous day for him.

I can hear that they're starting to get overexcited because Hamilton is leading.

Pit stops coming thick and fast so places changing apace.
Webber gets released into Raikkonen's path but there's no contact - they might get away with it.
Hamilton is held up slightly as they AVOID releasing him into someones path.

Vettel is also released almost into another car's path - Red Bull not doing too well here.

Rosberg exits the pits ahead of Webber, but Webber passes him within the next two corners.

Button pit and comes out ahead of Fisichella who immediately passes him, so Button's now P11.

Something's wrong with Vettel's car and he's pitting again - might be the suspension, but he rejoins the race.
