Maldonado runs to P4, So it's Sutil and Di Resta in the danger zone.

Liuzzi running now - but he's still in the drop zone.

Kobayashi and Buemi got themselves out of the drop zone, but they are P16 and P17 now.

Rosberg had fallen into the drop zone, but he's just run to P6. So that's Kobayashi back inthe drop zone.

Alguersuari and Barrichello are the ones in danger now.

Several cars are on a last-ditch run - some times improve, but none get out of the drop zone.

Race Day.

It's raining hard!

Webber has a bad start and Hamilton's ahead already.

Several cars run wide at the 1st corner and somebody has spun.

Button gets squeezed out and drops down to P10 (from P7).

Alonso goes off track and Vettel gets ahead, but Alonso soon catches up

Heidfeld and Di Resta are now running last - was there some contact?

Di Resta passes Kovalainen for P17

Vettel has spun and now Rosberg is very close.

Heidfeld is in the gravel! He tried to pass Buemi who didn't see him and when he moved there was contact.  Heidfeld gets a drive through penalty.

Massa challenges Rosberg, they both apply KERS, Massa locks up and Rosberg runs wide, but Massa is through

Webber passes Hamilton who immediately takes the place back, but Webber is still pressuring him....and Alonso's very close behind

Webber locks his tyres and Alonso tries to take advantage of this, but Webber manages to hold him off.

Mass is now catching Vettel

Red Bull engineers are in the pit lane - it's for Webber - he exits P6, behind Sutil

Rosberg pits and exits P16

Button applies the pressure to Petrov

Hamilton and Alonso pit together - they exit P3 and P4, respectively

Massa passes Vettel who pits and emerges P8

Webber's right behind Massa now

Massa pits now and also exits P8

Webber now leading

Alonso nearly passes Hamilton, but not quite.

Massa eyes up Kobayashi, but there's no pass yet. He passes on his next attempt and Vettel almost follows through.....and 2 corners later he's made it.

Massa has a go at Petrov now - and Vettel's now very close to Massa

Massa now sails past Petrov and again Vettel follows soon after

Rosberg and Schumacher are now pressing Petrov

Rosberg passes Petrov and Schumacher tries to pass them both, but only manages Petrov

Schumacher now spins and subsequently loses a place

Button pits to P8

Di Resta is down in 16th after contact with Heidfeld at the state and a pit stop

Almost half way through and we've only lost 2 cars - Barrichello and Heidfeld.

Alonso pits - emerges ahead of Hamilton, but he then runs wide letting Hamilton get past him and back into the lead.

Alonso is passed by Webber now.

Button tries to pass Rosberg who successfully fends him off, but then runs wide and Button gets past.

Button now misses the chicane and comes into the pits

He has a hydrolics problem and has to retire the car

Kobayashi's having to defend against Rosberg - who passes but then runs wide allowing Kobayashi to retake the place

Now Kobayashi makes a mistake and Rosberg goes ahead, He runs wide again, but manages to stay ahead of Kobayashi this time.

Vettel pits to P5

Schumacher fights Alguersuari - takes him a further two corners before he passes

Massa pits from 4th. He emerges still P4, but locks-up, allowing Vettel to be nipping at his heals!

Vettel locks up and misses the chicane. No gain though and he's still only half a second behind Massa

We're over half way now and have only lost 4 cars - Button, Barrichello, Heidfeld & Liuzzi

Schumacher is half a second behind Petrov, just as he has passed, he locks up and they touch slightly.Petrov goes the wrong sise of the chicane putting him in front of Schumacher and almost has to go backwards to allow Schumacher to re-pass

          Alonso ran out of fuel before he could make it back to Park Fermee....but you're supposed to have to give a fuel sample at the end of the race. Further, Webber gave him a lift back on his car - but you're not allowed to do that. Will there be penalties?

It's very windy, but the track temperature is high.

Buemi carries a 5 place penalty into tomorrow's race - causing a crash (with Heidfeld).

Although Buemi qualified P18, he will be starting from P23 because of the 5 place penalty he picked up from the last race
