Q1
Q1 starts with no action, but Kobayashi is soon on track.
Some of the cars are still up on jacks in their garages.
Kobayashi has a problem, he can't get back to the pits - so that's his qualifying over
Several cars are now on track
Di Resta is P1 at the moment, but no 'big guns' have been out yet/
Schumacher makes P5. Di Resta runs again and goes faster than before.
Vettel running now and goes straight to P1 and Alonso follows him to P2, but is immediately replaced by Buemi.
Kobayashi's problem seems to have been hydrolics.

As Schumacher was finishing his 1st in-lap, Hamilton (who was right behind) was attempting to start his 1st flying lap - was he held up?
Although Kobayashi has no time set (therefore technically outside the 107%) he will be allowed to race as his practice speeds show he is fast enough.

Schumacher is first out after 2 minutes elapse.
We're watching Schumacher exclusively, so don't know what else may be happening.
Schumacher's lap finishes and we switch to Webber. Button is out too.

Barrichello in danger at P10
7 minutes to go and the cars are back in their garages.
With no pit lane refuelling allowed, the cars have to go into the garages for this now during the qualifying sessions. No refuelling allowed at all during the race of course.
Schumacher and Petrov are back out now. Schumacher goes to P4 and Petrov to P6, so Barrichello and Buemi are now in the Drop Zone.
Perez now in danger
Barrichello goes to P8, so that is Perez down and Rosberg in danger.
Rosberg improves and Perez and Di Resta go up dropping Massa and Maldonado into the drop zone.
Massa immediately goes up and Di Resta is in the Zone again.
At the last Heidfeld sneaks into P10

Apparently d'Ambrosio ignored some yellow flags in one of the practice sessionsand has been given a 5 place penalty, so he will start from 24th on the grid, promoting Kobayashi, Karthikayan, Glock and Liuzzi up one place each.
Most of the cars will be starting on soft tyres, but Kobayashi is starting on hards.
Vettel gets a good start and is away staying P1, but Webber is beaten by Rosberg who now takes P2
Webber now defending hard against Hamilton.
Hamilton edges ahead, but runs wide and loses three places.
Hamilton has just flown past Button, but Button takes the place right back.
Perez is in for a new nose and Glock is out of the race. (He didn't actually start)
Petrov and Schumacher have a bit of a Tussle and collide resulting in Schumacher pitting for a new nose.
Kobayashi (starting from 24th) is P16 already.
Webber now passes Rosberg no problem to take P2 back.
Hamilton and Button are yo-yoing.
Alonso attacks Rosberg now, but doesn't get past - he has a second attempt and is successful this time.
Button is presently ahead of Hamilton who is under attack from Massa
