Race time - nearly!
It's raining - it's really quite wet. Less than half an hour to go and they are still yrying to decide what tyres to use.
Vettel says the track is slippery and wet and he thinks there's no chance of starting on anything but full wets.
If it's a Safety Car start then they will HAVE to starton full wets
It has just been confirmed that it'll be a Safety-Car start
No DRS available while behind the Safety Car
d'Ambrosio will be allowed in the race, even though he was outside the 107%. I think he will be starting from the pit lane.

THE RED FLAG SITUATION HAS LASTED OVER 2 HOURS, LONGER THAN THE RACES THEMSELVES!
8:52 BST - Race finally restarts

For a last-minute stand-in, I think De La Rosa did well finishing 12th and clocking the 11th fastest 'fastest lap'
Hahaha: The BBC F1 website gives the winning time as 4:04:39.537 - somewhat confusing, if you didn't know what had happened.
Valencia, Friday to Sunday, 24 - 26 June 2011

Trulli now P15
Current Q1 Drop Zone:-

Petrov
Buemi
Petrov and Buemi have yet to set times
Maldonado's car has stalled on track - off-line though
However, the session has been Red Flagged....with 7:59 to go
Maldonado is P13 at the moment, but as he didn't get back to the pit lane under his own steam he will take no further part in the proceedings, so will probably be lower when the session finally ends
Session starts again and there are 4 cars on track - 5 now as Buemi joins them
Kobayashi runs from P15....now P13
Petrov to P9. So Sutil goes into the zone and Heidfeld's in danger
