Behind safety car would be my guess.

I need a cuppa now and maybe two or three Jaffa Cakes
This all adds spice and a new element to the race. Lewis is effectively now starting the race from 5th. I expect him to take Alonso under DRS and fight for a podium position. His tyres seem good and he was quite conservative in the first stint.

No, Hit by Vettel.

Ah, there have been tyre changes by a number of drivers.
Alonso takes no prisoners
Get out of it Hami

Well done Lewis. This is working out well.
Fingers crossed Alonso can bring the car home for McLaren. Would be good points and good finish.
Someone slap the rear jack man!
Go Lonny
Alonso very racey against the Hulk.
Unsafe release?

But if it wasn't for crashes, retirements and Safety Cars, would he be anywhere close to P3 yet?

No one will ever know, but for every race where there is a crash, safety cars, rain etc some drivers win out other lose out. That's racing. All I know he is taking a ton of points out of Rosberg's haul today.
I think the Hulk's a better driver that he's given credit for
Vettel fighting that car
Jeepers! They speeds they go up that hill
Funny how they mention that Alonso's position is curtesy of Red Flag & Safety Car, but don't say the same for Hamilton.

Verstappen's P11 with 6 laps to go. Will he make it back into the points?
Possibility.....

Yep, came to that conclusion a while ago!

Coulthard did.
The Ferrari fans can't be that passionate if they don't turn out to support their team when things are not going so great.
Max too far behind Massa, with 2 laps to go, to get passt him for P10.
Yes, good tyre strategy from both L&A.
Got to be pleased with that days work Lewis.
Well done Alonso for bringing in the McLaren in 7th.
Right, let's go and see how Garage Joe's team is doing at West Brom.

it was mentioned several times that the safety car would benefit Lewis, although he had done well to get into 5th before they stopped the race...I was well chuffed
Qualifying - Monza
Hamilton on pole, but if memory serves he did not manage to get a quicker time on his second run in Q2 therefore goes out on the flat spotted tyres.
