From the official Voting page:
"Voting closes during Friday's results show on Channel 4. The Housemate with the least votes will be evicted from the Big Brother House on Friday."
If they were going to make it a double eviction, they'd have told us by now.
There would be a major row if they changed it after the phonelines opened.
