I've never had a favourite win, they usually come around 3rd or 5th.

The early winners and series were the best, and also the non-winners. Craig,Kate, Brian,Jade, Nick, to name a few. There was so much more entertainment in those days.

You know, I feel like I missed out on the 'real' BB completely. The first one must have been great when nobody knew what to expect. There's me Johnny Come Lately tuning in to find Charley shooting her stupid wannabe gob off. Not quite the same doesn't quite explain it...

How do you work that out? They had as much of a gameplan as those you speak of.
I like to see a HM who will go on a journey of sorts (and why do I suddenly start hearing Dont Stop Believin in my head ), who contribute to the house, who are in there solely for the 'experience' - not expecting mag deals or anything major afterwards. Sadly as the years have gone on and BB went from being a social experiment to a circus, this has failed to happen. But those ruddy squeaky twins with their pink this and pink that and their frilly friggin twee dumb act just done my nut in!

You have said that you only started watching late so maybe if you'd seen the earlier ones (in the days when alcohol was allowed, lots more music, parties etc) you may have a different opinion.

I thought Craig was a worthy winner in BB1 - not the most deserving - that was Anna - but still worthy. I think Nadia has to be my all time favourite winner.

He is quite intelligent, but in public he's still a bit of a dick tbh.

No, not at all.  I always said he was intelligent when he was in the house, just lacking a good education.  His intelligence was there to be seen if people wanted to look past his comedy persona. 

He always demonstrated a great curiosity for finding out about new things, which to me is one of the classic signs of a bright mind, a trait that quite a few people with degrees don't have unfortunately

Really OP?  Whenever I've seen him on anything since he still comes over as playing up to his idiot persona.  He's even more annoying than when he was in the house.

aw yeah... that was the buzz with the first one...    the excitement on every eviction was about seeing the amazement & shock on the evictee's face at how big it had become on the outside.

They were all convinced that about 20 people would be watching.

But that was never going to be repeatable... it was the uniqueness of the first one.  AND... it wasn't all good...  it was pretty boring for about 18 out of 24 hours...  they slept alot...  the house was a lot more laid back...  

I remember just being jellus at them being able to kip all the time!

The winner is usually the one who causes least offence rather than been the most entertaining.

I really dont care about the winner and lose interest towards the end of BB when its all a big bland lovefest of mediocrity.

The only final Ive ever really got involved with was in order to see Nikki Graeme out first,beaten by Aisleyne.

My favourites, with the exception of last years  Freddie all made the top 3. Even the likes of Anthony probably deserved the win puerly for tolerating Craig. Brian Belo is annoying but was the only one apart from Chanelle (who had her own agenda) to stand up to the vile Charly!
This year I am getting the impression that nastiness prospers, but I am hoping that I am proved wrong!

But i am usually fairly glad with the winner, and in most cases agree. Its not usually who i wanted to win from the start...my favourites always get evicted. But when it comes down to the last few they best of a bad bunch usually win in my opinion...apart from rachel she was crap.

Aww no its's not Gypsie, Karma and I did too. Her eviction was BB gold. She was my favourite winner.

Nadia was my favourite winner...like her or loathe her, she entertained from start to finish.

Rachel Rice was the worst, but I confess I voted for her to win when it got down to her and Mikey, I loathed him

I think the indisputable thing with Nadia was she was genuine, it was great to see her win.

I loathed them both....  but I'd have won about £300 more if Mikey had won.

I still got a return on Rachel...  enough to take the sting out of her winning.

I did as well, I wanted Dan to win so much (I was obsessed with that man, which isn't even an exaggeration) but I wasn't annoyed that she won because I think she deserved it the most.

I'm glad there seems to be some support for Josie as a winner. She makes me laugh. I would not be sad to see her win BB 2010...

As long as JJ or Steve dont win , i will be happy, was going to say Dave too, but he doesnt have a chance, although he thinks he has
