I think he is actually a celebrant Ros....so he can perform weddings ....I’m sure he got that in the first series

When we added up Miss Kaytee's....including evening do,accommodation ,cake,dresses and suit rental etc....it came to more like 24K....luckily I had a legacy and the MIL chipped in quite a bit too
