Yes, tbh while it’s a lovely chateau I don’t think I’d be able to sleep for worrying about the wiring, plumbing etc

It’s only possible because Dick does so much of the work himself and Angel does most of the creative stuff. For most people, the costs of getting people in to do all the work would be prohibitive
