About time T'Dales had one.
Hazel storyline conclusion has been good but not into it as I thought I would. Pauline Quirke and Marc Silcock have been great during it.

I adore Chas Dingle.
I haven't seen it all week darlo - but am watching it now. Pauline Quirk is brilliant
I shall have to catch-up the rest
Leyla is leaving. Actress quit apparently but i'll not be happy if the current producer has axed her.. a shame just as the character really was coming into her own!
I've had arguments with my husband about Emmerdale the last few weeks. He's a paramedic and can't agree with the storyline. I can but maybe I watch too many crime programmes. There are surely ways they could have done it that wouldn't have implicated themselves
They should have seeked more help for Jackson but he was constantly depressed and it was his choice to die, i'm on Hazel's side on this one but such a tough debate.

I've been told I've thought tooooo much about this. I'm on Hazels side too....but....I think it was wrong of him to do it in such a way that she'd be held responsible. He had control over his chair so wouldn't it be better if they'd left the door open and he'd done something himself? eg ....wheeled himself into the water? I know they were looking for an exit for him and Pauline Quirke but after watching it I can't see how Jackson would want his mum and boyfriend to get done for murder/manslaughter
Me neither but they would have ended up in trouble regardless, although I can see the writers coming up with a plan for Aaron to avoid jail unless they plan to have scenes with him on there. They won't want the golden boy Danny Miller to leave either.
There is definetly a trial for Hazel as expected..
I think Pauline, Danny and Marc have been brilliant in this storyline.
Heartbreaking stuff and very hard to watch at times.
Marc is underrated Yogi, he played a Schizophreonic in Hollyoaks because one of the younger characters had it and he was their ''imaginary'' friend.
Emmerdale is great at the complex stuff, can't wait to see the back of Ella and Mia though.
It's an interesting twist to it all. I thought that they knew it was illegal, which is why Jackson was so insistent on 'dealing' with the laptop. It was a bit selfish of him to ask them to do it knowing they'd go to prison? Still, it's interesting to see. I don't like the storyline, or Marc Silcock, I thought he was dreadful the past few weeks, but omg Danny Miller is just a fantastic actor. I hope he doesn't leave, he's such a great character.
Emmerdale do drama so well I have to say, when they brought the body out this evening you really got a gloomy feeling...and when Hazel brought the glass out the other night, jees they did it so well. Still I hope there's not a trial, I hate soap trials, lock one of them up and get back to focusing on Carl I say
I don't normally watch Emmerdale but after reading about the storyline I starting watching again.
The acting has been incredible ~ I always knew Pauline Quirke could act her sox off but Danny Miller has been amazing. I have to say I was surprised at Paddy's reaction! I expected Chas to be her usual selfish self but Paddy having a go at Pauline was out of order. I wanted to give him a slap lol. Yeah, that's how involved I got.

I thought maybe Hazel would take the second cup of poison and relieve Aron (sp) of all involvement.

I was shocked at Paddy too, coz I've never seen him so angry. But I suppose if you're Aaron's mate and you don't have the same inside info we have, it looks like she was the one in control and should have had more sense than to involve Aaron.
I thought that too Cologne.

I think Paddy was terrified about the consequences for Aaron (whom he loves like his son) and that's why he reacted so angrily to Hazel.
He was just scared for Aaron.

Chas normally flies off her handle but the aftermath was completely focused on Hazel so the writers written the dialogue for Chas to be shocked, supportive to Aaron and held back etc.
Paddy doesn't know the ins and outs of what happened, same as Chas although you can understand the anger that her son is in trouble now but it was his decision after all..
