But BILLY MITCHELL is supposed to be like mid 40s, and in real life is about 48. And yet he is about to be a GREAT GRANDFATHER! I find this another ludicrous storyline in this silly soap ... How many GREAT GRANDPARENTS do you know who are forty something? Seriously.

I'm sure Billy had his 50th in the soap a while ago. It's not uncommon though. Girl I went to school with had a baby at 15 and that baby had a baby at 14.
He was in a children's home and had nooky with his friend, who also lived there. When he found out, recently, that she had got pregnant and given the boy up for adoption, he tried to trace his son. He discovered that the son had died, but had had a daughter - Lola.
Not sure how young he was, but it's perfectly possible.
Oh thanks for the responses folks. I guess it is humanly possible: it just unusual and it seems extreme that every one of the generations would have a kid at 15 to 17 or whatever, but as you say, it is possible.

Perry Fenwick is 50 in May, but I believe his character is meant to be slightly older: 53. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B...itchell_(EastEnders)
From memory, Billy was meant to be 14 or 15 when he (unknowingly) got Julie pregnant in the children's home.
Lola is played by Danielle Harold who's 20 in May, but her character's meant to be slightly younger. So yes: it's perfectly possible.
