The service at my church this morning was somewhat different from the usual service as although it was a communion service it was also for young children with their parents. As a result, rather than the usual gospel reading followed by a sermon, we had this video. It was made by the Bible Society and is for children.
Wonder if the kids think Jesus was like Dynamo is today?

Religion is too complex for kids, I think
"He rose from the dead so we can live too" Is way beyond a child's comprehension.
Better teach cultural stuff until they're older me thinks

I think Jesus disagreed with you Saint, in Matthew 11:25 He said "At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes." My great grandchildren have no problem with the Easter Story or any other bible stories, they accept them naturally and simply. It is the adults who tend to overthink things
