Julie is leaving, waste of Cathy Murphy's talent.

Loved the Mehndi episodes, some fun in between but of course the drama was the best part with Zainab and Masood, Tam and Afia's secret being revealed. Yusef is so bad but I like him and knew it was him that started the fire and poor Denise finding out he used her...

Zainab is going to be horrified when she finds out the truth.

Kim's Behndi line was funny. I'm bias again but EE was much better than Corrie tonight!

EastEnders character Ryan Malloy will leave Albert Square after murdering Whitney's pimp, it has been reported.

Following a showdown on Southend Pier, Ryan will kill Rob Grayson (Jody Latham) as revenge for forcing his sister into prostitution.

Ryan, played by Neil McDermott, will say his goodbyes to Whitney (Shona McGarty) before disappearing into the crowd and going on the run from police.

"Ryan's been involved in some big storylines so we wanted him to leave in typically dramatic fashion," a source told the News of the World.

"Neil felt it was time for him to spend more time with his family. However, he has not been killed off, so there is always a chance he could return in the future."

McDermott announced he was quitting the BBC One soap last week.

Jeeez what a load of auld garbage this is!  ANOTHER relative turns up again: ANOTHER son of Eddie Moon, and over dramatic 'acting' by Eddie's son who is the father to kat's baby: i think.....  Now Phil has bought the cafe or is it shirl who has bought it?  And that annoying cah who seems to want to shag every man with a pulse is now employed by 'the caff...' (oh rainie that's it!)

And carol is about to shag david essex because even though she is as rough as a dog's arse, she still manages to pull good looking blokes, and eff knows how!  When are EE ever going to put out some realistic storylines?    Seriously, someone has to be having sex with someone in an influential position, because there is NO OTHER REASON for this tripe to win 'best soap' other than that!  It's a load of shit!

Samantha Womack has claimed that fans will be "surprised" by Ronnie Mitchell's exit from EastEnders.

Viewers will see Womack's character leave Albert Square this week, in a storyline that sees her stand trial for swapping her dead son James for Kat and Alfie Moon's baby Tommy on New Year's Day.

The plot garnered a record number of complaints from outraged EastEnders viewers, but Womack assured Virgin Media that the tragic saga would have the "right ending".

"I think this is the right ending to the storyline and I think the audience will be surprised by some of the things that happened," she said.

"She knows that going to court is the right thing but Ronnie will punish herself more than any custodial sentence."

Womack recently admitted that she had been "crying or screaming every day" during her time on Eastenders after a slew of hard-hitting plots.

She announced her departure from the soap back in January at the peak of the baby-swap controversy.

Eastenders' executive producer Bryan Kirkwood stated this week that he would "love" for Womack to return in the future.

I miss Ronnie already.  Hope she's had some psychiatric help in the fictional prison LMFAO.  Could be out early due to good behaviour, she rightly took responsibility and i'm glad Kat forgiven her.

Pam St Clement has quit, she's been part time due to ill health recently. Pat and her earrings, wild ways etc will be missed and I hope some characters return for her exit.

Aargh! Yes! That's been annoying me all week too!

She was the one who was supposedly good at Science and History that David Starkey took a shine to.

I remember at the end of Dream School they did a run-down of where the pupils were going for further education, and it seemed like at least half of them ended up going into drama schools or similar...

Good to see at least one of them's making a serious go of it, though.
