In case no one else has mentioned it, the first part of tonights Eastenders is just starting on BBC1. I think it's Sayed's wedding tonight.

Didn't realise it was on, but not bothered because I'm just sick of soaps and their oh so original '____ finds out that ____ and ____ have been having an affair' storylines. WOWWWWW!!! Can't they think of something new?
This is one of many reasons why Hollyoaks is head and shoulders above the rest of the soaps. They actually have a variation of original storylines that require some creative thought to be put into it.
I'm not slating Eastenders as a whole because I do think it's a good soap. I just think that Eastenders and Corrie pull out these storylines far too often. I think Corrie is poor though to be honest and need to reassess what they are trying to do. i emailed some suggestions to them a couple of weeks ago but they haven't got back to me yet.
