Am I right in thinking you have a baby? Wealth of good quality stuff for babies on e-bay. I priced shoo shoos on loads of sites, and e-bay was the cheapest.

It never ceases to amaze me what will happen when 2 people want the same item enough on Ebay.
I listed a very rare Iron Maiden 7" EP - only 5,000 were pressed.
It was bought by a girl from France and sold for ÂĢ127.00 + Postage!
It sat at around ÂĢ40.00 until 2 minutes from the end and then just went bananas.
There is an awful lot of stuff on there that is described as being in far better condition than it actually is and a lot of overpriced rubbish.
There are bargains to be had though.

Oh must go have a looky and check what time it finishes.

Ooh wonders if it collapses and would fit in the back of my estate? Smiler

Someone asked that question, was it you? Eeker

If it wasn't Big Grin then the answer is, yes, it does!

I'm still on the hunt for one. The Newcastle one went for about ÂĢ130 I think, which I would have been happy to pay if it was Edinburgh, but really didn't fancy the drive.

I am online looking for 2 climbing frames, one for toddler, one for age 7+. I thought I'd take a wee look at e-bay and they have the very ones I want for a fraction of the price but so many are down south. There is one locally, but got 9 days to wait..............

Have you looked in the free newspapers which are just adverts of people selling things or in the supermarkets which often have cards at the front of the store advertising things people want to sell. Or what about that freecycle place where goodies can be picked up. Good Luck

Thanks Jet Blue, I should do that. I tried to register on Freecycle a while ago when I had a futon I wanted rid of, but I had problems registering. I now have a dining table and sofas that could go on it as well, so maybe I'll have another try and maybe get lucky with a climbing frame.

some charitable organistion might take the furniture of you r hands - would be better than it going to the crusher if it could be of some use to someone.
Did someone get your frame, Rexi?

Rule 1 when you find a bargin on ebay don't advertise it to people on a internet forum in fact don't tell anyone until the fat lady sings
