I'll never understand anyone who does'nt use a seat belt....

Nor me. My old driving instructor's son died because he wasn't wearing a seat belt. His car skidded off road and he went through the windscreen. His dad couldn't understand why he wasn't wearing his seat belt.

Do you think they're going to prosecute him for not wearing a seat-belt?....as it's a legal requirement.

Why is the person in the vehicle behind recording it? Is this usual to record as you drive or was this premeditated? Very spectacular footage anyway.

Have to say that thought crossed my mind too - always does when you see videos like that (unless it's on one of those police chase shows)
