Ummm. those are legitimate expense claims and well within the rules. Is it my fault that my cats (who are totally British, btw) DEMAND to eat chicken (freshly roasted) every day?
Is it MY fault that I must employ a chauffer to drive me about because I just can't understand the concept of driving on the left and roundabouts?
