A couple of years ago someone who emigrated there at the same time as Mrs Jer returned for a visit. It was like going back 20/30 years. TBF they are more modern and outlooking than the South Africans. 
My personal favourite are the Australian politicians who, without any sense of iriony, campaign against immigration. Priceless.
