Ha! Damn those people in Seattle! I shall leave this dratted forum right now.
(on account that I am tired and it is my bedtime ... but don't tell them that)
s'all looks the same to me
For me the thread titles screen is squished up, but the thread posts are normal. However the stuff down the right runs over and into the socks!
I think they're still tinkering as the stuff on the right now fits in on the Thread Title page, but still runs off on the thread pages.
So annoying trying to find the LUT thread ,keep going into the wrong thread .
It doesn't look any different to me

Hopefully Seattle have been alerted so that normal service will be resumed for you soon
Chers YR
it looked the same to me last night when I was reading, but this morning I need a magnifying glass (or new specs) The layout looks the same, but the font is tiny
Seems OK now only obvious difference to be seen (on logging on) is that the socks have gone.
I think the theme which was called Winter Stockings has gone back to what it used to be which is called Clean Slate - Blue.
In Winter Stockings, the size of the font used for text is 15 pixels high, but in Clean Slate - Blue is only 13 pixels high. That's why the text looks smaller.
I still can't see anything different.
The font does seem a bit smaller and the Winter Stockings background has gone but I can't see any other differences.
socks have gone and text looks smaller in posting boxes
Can we have a NEW THEME to cheer us up from the January blues?
That is if ERIN can navigate her way through it
Only difference to me is the Christmas socks are gone Everything else looks the same.
looks same for me too apart from missing socks. . quite liked the blue colour so wouldn't mind that in the background just as a fill in..
if the text is too small you can set a minimum text size in your browser, usually in tools options and one of the tabs available.. [can't remember which one offhand] I have set mine so any text size changes made by a website are overridden by my personal preferences..

same here
Setting a minimum font size for Firefox and some other non IE browsers
Some web sites may display text which is too small to read comfortably. To make such pages easier to read, you can set a minimum font size. On web pages that try to display text smaller than this size, Firefox will enlarge the text to your chosen size.
To set a minimum font size, go to Tools/Options (or Preferences on Mac) and select the "Content" panel.
In the "Fonts & Colors" section, immediately after the default font and size selection, click the "Advanced" button. You can specify a minimum font size from the dropdown menu.
Note that some web pages may display incorrectly depending on your choice of a minimum font size. Don't go larger than 14 if you use FB, unless they changed it, it messes everything up.
Setting a minimum font size for Internet Explorer
To increase, decrease, or change the default font in Microsoft Internet Explorer, follow the below steps.
- Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools.
- Click Internet Options.
- Within the Internet Options window, click the Fonts button at the bottom of the General tab.
- Within the fonts window you can adjust the default font used in Internet Explorer. If you need additional font options, you can adjust how fonts are used by clicking the Accessibility button in the General tab.

Thanks Fluffy, I've enlarged mine.
Thanks to Olly, too. I'm a FF user, so your info is helpful.

that only works whilst on a page and increases the size of everything. . when you close down it goes... the above is a permanent solution for all pages you open and is only related to font size not the whole page... you may need to fiddle a little to get a size right for you. .12 is usually a good medium choice
however the reply box typing area does seem to have got smaller and the box can't be resized

If you increase the font size but leave everything else thr same the you will get that effect.
As for Ctrl+/- it may depend on your Browser version, but on my version it increases/ decreases the general sizing scale, bottom left on mine, so a;
ll pages are that size from now on.
