Yes, very Renton....as oldies that's why we got it .....it's really easy to carry upstairs etc.

Is it genuinely good at cleaning deep pile carpets?

How about a handheld vacuum. Or maybe an upright stick vacuum?

Haul the carpet outside, fling it over the washing line and beat it vigorously to get the dust out  Like in the old days.

Nah, if it's a carpet he already has down, that must mean he favours them over wooden floors, so it's a shorter pile carpet that I go with.....Berber or something like that

I've got one of these, along with a 'heavier duty' cleaner. It's fine for running around the sitting room just to 'clear up'

The real question is . . . can a Dodo pick up small bits from a deep pile carpet using a GTECH Air Ram?
