My sister used to have a giant German Shepherd and every time I went to her house it used to try to hump me.  I was the only person it did it too, apart from once when my sister borrowed one of my sweatshirts to go home in after the gym, she got home wearing it and the dog tried to hump her (I must have the scent of a bitch).

One time when I had been out clubbing with my sister and stayed at hers I woken up the next morning to the dog lying on the bed next to me.  My only relief, he wasn't smoking a cigarette.

One of my friends when I was around 12 had a great dane. He seemed to know when I was coming to see her because he was waiting at the top of the outside stairs (very grand), fling himself on top of me and started the humping. It took the Dad and big brother to get him off me.

Yogi she's fine today.  She settled well but I didn't get to bed til 2am coz she kept crying every time we put her in the kitchen and closed the door

I just had to ignore it in the end and she was fine.  She's still here but hopefully her owners will be back before 5pm.

Has she gone yet?

Yes, she went just after 5pm.  By that time she had settled in nicely, stopped barking at my OH and claimed her place on the tiles of the fireplace  She is a lovely dog but just needs too much looking after because she's so nervous and has a sensitive stomach.

My kids had been great with her though and now they're on a mission to get me to agree to getting them a dog!
