I think he thought that she only came into the BB house for the money for her son and by nomming her she could get back to her son with all the fee without spending longer than a week being apart from him.

Yes it makes sense, I never thought he nommed her because he didn't like her. I also thought she was more hurt by his nom than the others because she'd opened up to him which is why she lashed out at him that night.
