i think the witnesses could give their testimony faster and more concise if Bozo stopped having to go over and over again what they have already said. He has to take every single thing and spell it out, over and over.
He is very tiring

Yes he was - probably because the witness wasn't giving him the answer he wanted.

How desperate is Baez looking at this point?

I'm wondering if this is all part of his plan - he hasn't produced a witness yet that is worth a damn although Dr Huntington came close - he really hasn't defended Casey properly 

He is going for a retrial surely? Nobody can be this incompetent??

I'm not sure he'd want Casey to go for "incompetent counsel" as grounds for appeal.

I think his ego is too huge to consider that possibility.

I suspect he'll be disbarred at the end of the trial but he'll try and make some money out of this trial be it with a book or a lecture tour
