Baez said he didnt have enough time to prepare for this trial then turned around and said Ashton has had sufficent time to prepare a wittness. I think 3 yrs is sufficent to have worked out who you're calling and for both sides to disclose evidence to each other 

Bozo has been warned that JP will consider excluding witness testimony if he pulls this stunt again

He warned both sides about game-playing.

There's a short day on Wednesday - because JP has something on.

I hope so ...........the thing is - it's so outrageous the trial (I'm sure) will be better than the film. The film will have to 'pull it in a bit' cos people would think it was too far fetched

I have a daughter and Grandaughter myself, and no way there would be any film until I knew the truth. Thats of course if Cindy doesnt already know.... Sorry but still have a feeling about this woman that wont leave me ..................x

Ooooooooooooooooh Skylark .............that's a really hard one IMO. We love our children dearly - we adore our grandchildren. My heart bleeds for Cindy as I have no doubt that she adored Caylee - the thing is - she believed Casey's story for so long because she didn't want to believe the worst. Obviously at the beginning of the trial - and after the opening for the defence , she'd hardened her heart - now - the day is fast approaching where she may see the daughter that she has loved all her life being sentenced to death.

What an unenviable position to be in! I don't have any doubts about the Anthony family TBH .........they are portrayed as a dysfunctional family ( I think the only reason they disfunction is because they have a sociopath in their midst). 

Poor Cindy - her emotions must be all over the place!

George Anthonys ex lover has been called as a witness - she will be there at 8.30 today - not necessarily first witness to appear. Could be interesting - I have to be somewhere this afternoon and will miss a lot of todays testimony.

Hopefully it'll move a bit quicker than yesterday!

Interesting, as it still goes in line with what i think, and i still have not moved away from it being extreme and despicable negligence. 

For that alone Casey and whoever may have been involved need to be brought to justice and i hope it is seen and given the right sentence. A sentence where her defense team have not totally cocked it up for everyone involved.

Poor Cindy, as if things wernt bad enough for her now she gets to sit and listen to her husbands bit on the side. 

I feel for Cindy the most in all of this, i hope she can survive it.
